THE BOOKING:

Form must be completed and signed by the head of the party, who must be over 21 years of age. NO ALL MALE OR FEMALE GROUPS.

THE BALANCE OF PAYMENT:

Must be paid at least 8 weeks prior to the departure date. In the case of bookings made less than 8 weeks before the departure date, the payment in full must be sent with the booking forms. If payment in full is not made before the due date we reserve the right to cancel the booking and keep any deposits paid.

CANCELLATIONS:

If you want to cancel the booking, you will need to give written notification that you wish to do so. This MUST be written by the person who signed the booking form. The date of the cancelation will be from the date that the letter is received. In the event of cancellation the following charges will be made:

BETWEEN 4 & 8 WEEKS BEFORE RENTAL PERIOD: 60% OF TOTAL COST.

LESS THAN 4 WEEKS BEFORE RENTAL PERIOD: 100% OF THE TOTAL COST.

Security Deposit:

At the time of full and final payment, a separate refundable security deposit of £100 is required. This deposit will be refunded, less any charges for any EXCESS cleaning costs, replacement of lost keys, electronic pass or any repairs to any damage to the property or contents. This deposit will be refunded less any charges within 30 days of your return to your home country.

The Owners:

Will not be liable for any loss or delay or cancellation of the clients holiday due to an industrial dispute, riot, threat of hostilities, war, political unrest, natural disasters, closure of airports, adverse weather conditions or any other circumstance beyond the owners control.

If Circumstances:

Arise beyond our control, the right is reserved to cancel your booking. in this case we will attempt to find you alternative accomodation, or refund all monies paid to us.

Insurance:

You are strongly advised to take adequate insurance before you leave your home contry. The renter uses the property at his/her own risk and the owners will not accept responsibility for any injury, loss or damage to the renters car or personal possessions while using the property.

By Signing:

Both forms the client accepts these conditions and is authorized to agree to them on behalf of all the persons named on the attached booking form. No persons apart from those named on the booking form will be permitted to stay overnight in the house. If found to be breaking this rule ALL PERSONS WILL BE REQUESTED TO LEAVE AND NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN.
