- Are we close to Disney land?
Disney is only 5miles away.
- What is there to do on the complex?
At the complex there is a 1 million dollar clubhouse.On the complex there are swimming pools, hot-tubs, childrens play areas, tennis, basketball, angling plus much more.
- What are we to expect in the house?
The house is well furnished, has a spacious lounge, a dining area, cable tv, air conditioning and fans for added comfort. Kitchen is fully equipped. There are 3 bedrooms, master bed with a queen size bed and en-suite. another double bedroom with a double bed and a further guest room which is also a double room and has two single beds. Bedding and towels are supplied ( CLEAN )
- Can i smoke in the house?
No we request a non smoking policy in the house. smoking is permitted in the porch area.
- Can you send some more pictures?

- Are there beaches in the area?
Yes, you have Cocoa Beach which is 45mins away, Tarpon Springs which is 2hrs away and Clearwater Beach which is an Hour away.
